As the world becomes more connected to mobile, and as more complicated apps get created for mobile devices in general, connecting these native mobile apps to “Help” in the form of mobile-optimized WebHelp, such as Flare’s WebHelp Mobile, has been a topic of great interest for technical writers recently.

Neil Perlin, MadCap Flare Certified Instructor and president of Hyper/Word Services, a consulting firm, has written a great white paper on the topic. In it, he discusses the specifics of integrating native apps to “Help”, with a focus on the WebHelp Mobile output created and first introduced to the tech writing industry in MadCap Flare.
