IXIA Shows: Creating a Content Inventory

Leigh has been with MadCap since 2013, where she has led new customer implementations, provided IXIA CCMS, content strategy, and DITA support to customers and fellow teammates, and served as a product owner for the CCMS. She currently focuses on the CCMS documentation and advises the development team. Leigh is also the author of DITA For Print: A DITA Open Toolkit Workbook and a contributor to The Language of Content Strategy and The Language of Technical Communication. A conference veteran, Leigh has spoken on XML, DITA, AI, and content management systems at many conferences over the years, including MadWorld, CCMSLink, DITA North America/ConVEx, DITA Europe, Intelligent Content, Lavacon, the STC Summit, and Writers UA. In her spare time, she hikes, bikes, reads, conlangs, and is an avid woodturner.
